Residents can access community documents online through a private google drive folder. GHCA will share a link with all residents via our All Residents google group. Our google group is also used to email community news.Â
Property Upkeep:Â Our GHCA Maintenance folder contains a list of files describing services and how-to instructions for keeping the units in good shape.Â
Cooperative Living:Â Â Our GHCA Governance folder contains a record of our by-laws, rules and regulations resident/contact directory, and board meeting minutes.
Social Gatherings:Â Â Our GHCA Social folder contains the calendar for our monthly events, plus directions for accessing the clubhouse hot spot.Â

Greenwich Hill offers many opportunities for residents to get to know their neighbors and to play a part in making our community a great place to live.
All residents are welcome to attend our Executive Board's monthly meeting to hear the latest GHCA updates. Bring any questions or concerns that you have.

Continental Real Estate Management
Management of the Greenwich Hill Condominium Association is overseen by our Executive Board in conjunction with Continental Real Estate Management to handle the day-to-day operations and finances of the community. Continental is a State College professional property management firm that specializes in condominium management. They currently manage more 85+ Homeowner and Condominium Associations in the Centre County region. Continental currently performs the following types of services for our Association:

Bookkeeping and accounting.

Paying our bills.

Preparing our proposed annual budget.

Obtaining bids for services such as landscaping, snow removal, insurance and selected other services.

Attending Board and Owners meetings.

Preparing reserve account and cash flow analyses.

Providing emergency maintenance services.

Greenwich Hill Residents: Please note that you will be responsible for all service charges if you ask Continental to assist you with any type of services for your unit. In most non-emergency situations, you should first talk with an GHCA Board member regarding questions about your maintenance responsibility as a unit owner vs. the Association’s responsibility. ​
