We are a community of town homes located in central Pennsylvania just two miles from downtown State College and Penn State University’s main campus.
The Greenwich Hill Condominium Association consists of 52 three- and four-bedroom homes and a community clubhouse situated in a tranquil residential area. Construction of Greenwich Hill started in 2005 and was completed in 2008.
This website is a means of providing our owners and residents a convenient way of accessing community and Association information. It is also meant to assist our homeowners and residents in communicating with our Executive Board on issues that are important to them.
